Dear Parents/Carers of Year 9 students,

We will attend school to vaccinate Year 9 students with their 2^nd HPV Human Papilloma Vaccine or their 1^st if they did not receive this in Y8.  Your child is also due to have their Booster dose of DTP Diphtheria, Tetanus & Polio along with Meningococcal ACWY
